The 6th Labor Relations and HR Management Summit was held last February 27, 2019 at The Pan Pacific Manila. This summit was intended to raise awareness of the employers’ obligations to its employees. Some of the relevant topics featured in the conference include the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the New Occupational Safety and Health Law, ensuring adequate preparation for a DOLE inspection, and avoidance of “endo” or illegal contracting.
