By virtue of Wage Order No. NCR-24, the minimum wage for the agricultural sector in the National Capital Region is now at ₱573.00 marking a ₱40.00 increase.
On June 30, 2023, Wage Order No. NCR-24 was issued which took effect on July 16, 2023. The said Wage Order covers National Capital Region which includes the following cities: Caloocan, Las Piñas, Mandaluyong, Manila, Makati, Marikina, Malabon, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela, and the Municipality of Pateros.
This order introduces a raise of ₱40.00, elevating the daily minimum wage for the agricultural sector in NCR from ₱533.00 to ₱573.00. For other regions, the following are the current daily minimum wage rates and the governing Wage Order in the area:
