AT A GLANCE:
On March 22, 2024, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued DOLE Labor Advisory No. 03-2024 requiring all private establishments to submit an annual establishment report on wages for calendar year 2023 no later than June 15, 2024.
Pursuant to Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, by Republic Act No. 6727, all private establishments are required to submit an annual report on the verified itemized listing of the establishments’ labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts and their salaries and wages.
For this purpose, all private establishments are required to register and log-in to the 2023 Annual Establishment Report on Wages online portal from March 15, 2024 to June 15, 2024.
