The event entitled “How to Avoid Illegal Dismissal Cases” was provided by Alburo Law last December 10, 2019. In the event, the Labor Code, supplemented by the current relevant labor advisories were discussed with the aim to equip the participants with fundamental knowledge and skills on employee discipline and termination procedures needed during the Covid19 pandemic.
