The 7th Labor Relations Summit was conducted last November 18-19, 2019 at The Marco Polo Hotel, Ortigas. This summit was conducted to raise awareness of the employers’ obligations to their employees. Some of the relevant topics featured in the conference include the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the New Occupational Safety and Health Law, ensuring adequate preparation for a DOLE inspection, and avoidance of “endo” or illegal contracting.
